What is Catering Employers' Association
The Catering Employers association of Zimbabwe is a labour negotiating body registered with the ministry of labour as the employer party to the National Employment Council for the catering industry and also the catering industry Pension Fund.

OUR MANDATES
The Catering Employers' Association of Zimbabwe (CEAZ) is a membership-based organization that represents the interests of employers in the hospitality and catering Industry.
CEAZ is the voice of the Hospitality and catering industry In Zimbabwe, representing over 3000 business that includes SME’s, large establishments and multi-nation businesses that are invested in Zimbabwe. Advocating for policy influence at macro-level, CEAZ is influential in development and elevation of the business interest negotiate fair wages and working conditions and provide expert support on labour laws and relations.
The industry since independence, has found itself subjected to many pressures in the fields of economic and labour demands and government decrees.
Practical examples of successful action taken by the Association are as follows:
- Representation on the National Employment Council for the Catering Industry.
- Representation on the Board of Trustees for the Catering Industry Pension Fund.
- Support and advice for members with labour problems.
- Solid administrative advice is available free of charge at all times
As a member of the Association, you would be actively contributing to the Welfare and prosperity of industry as a whole, and your own business in particular.
